I don't know about
you but the job market just seems to be hot. I get 1 to 2 calls a day
about an oppotunity from a headhunter. My process for
creating these calls is rather simple. All I do is identify the market I
want to be in, in this case it is the Call Center Market, then I tailor my
resume to drive HR professionals, headhunters and hiring manager to
call me. Once the resume is
complete, I then post it to several job boards like Monster and
CareerBuilder. Headhunters lurk on these boards and pickup professionally
done resumes and then the process starts. I let the headhunters
get my resume to the HR professionals and the hiring managers - next thing
