The Calibration
Process
Calibration is standardizing a process by
determining the deviation from a set and known standard, in order to
determine the proper correction factors. In a contact center,
calibration is the process by which you limit variation from
performance criteria. Calibration is a critical element of improving
call- monitoring performance through continual monitoring and the
provision of accurate feedback.
