Nothing moves faster in the
business world than a call center. I know it, you know it, and
it's just part of our reality that we accept. It's tough
explaining what we do to anyone who is not in our field, and nothing in
our field is more beneficial than a solid network of peers. A
"community" of professionals to talk industry trends,
discuss technologies, share Best Practices, and discuss that thing that
pulls us all together.
I have not done this as long as many of people within
the call center world, so my personal network contacts are limited.
I was referred to a website that represented it's self as a network of
industry professionals. The site,
CallCenterCafe.com was a "community" of professionals established
to meet the needs of the call center world.
This is what I was looking for...
A network, pre-established for my benefit, and my success.
The knowledge and expertise supported me and my team with insider
knowledge of the most successful processes,
industry knowledge, and developmental material that I never had access
to before. My experience is limited, but now I'm an
insider.

Center Cafe! This ONE-STOP Call Center site does it all for me as
a Call Center professional, always
striving to enhance my leadership skills and best business practices.
As a Sr. Manager of a Customer Service and Retention
department I was always looking for resources to to
maximize our efficiency and create training modules to improve our
supervisors staff. I searched for tools to promote a
